Your Guide to Educational Success

Jen Fordham is an Independent Educational Consultant on a mission to help students and their families navigate the path to academic success with confidence and clarity. She believes that every student is a one-of-a-kind individual who deserves personalized support to turn their goals into reality—because cookie-cutter approaches just don’t cut it.

Jen’s journey in education started with hands-on experience in educational therapy, coaching students with unique learning needs. This early work sparked her passion for helping kids understand themselves as learners so they can unlock their full potential. To this day, she weaves research-backed strategies into her work, empowering students to become more effective, confident, and independent learners.

With twelve years of experience as a high school teacher, private school administrator, and head of school, Jen brings a wealth of insight to the table. She knows the ins and outs of the education system and loves mentoring students as they grow—not just academically, but as well-rounded individuals ready to take on the world.
Her specialties? Executive Function Coaching and tailored support for teens and young adults with learning differences, ADHD, or mental health challenges. She firmly believes that success isn’t one-size-fits-all, and she’s here to help students find the path that works best for them.

Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from UC San Diego, a Master’s in Education from Pepperdine University, and a Certificate in Educational Consulting from UC Irvine. She stays ahead of the curve by attending top education conferences and is an active member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association and Children and Adults with ADHD (CHADD).

In addition to her private consulting work, Jen serves as the Director of College Counseling at Torah High School of San Diego and Southern California Yeshiva High. She also volunteers with Partners in College Success (PiCS), supporting first-generation students on their journey to higher education.

When she’s not guiding students toward their goals, you might find Jen enjoying a great book, exploring the outdoors with her son, or geeking out over the latest research in education. She’s passionate about what she does—and she’s ready to help students discover their own path to success.
